IMDb has already received one redesign listed on this site, and with the database showing no signs of slowing down in popularity, there is reasonable chance to expect many more.
Posted on Medium this IMDb design ditches the overall familiar branding of IMDb and going with a cleaner, whiter look the proposed design by Gilles Bertaux and Rémi Fayolle ditches adverts completely and focuses on data driven information, whether this be stats, movie ratings or reviews. Playing more on visual cues and aspects, the new design proposal is a very different beast to the earlier design posted here and the original site. The search page is now more clearly defined and interactive, and the discover page is indefinitely more visual. The details page is suitably re-designed and includes technical data, related posts and movies, and media.
